3 stall barn to use while you are grooming and tacking or waiting for farrier/vet

Access to 30 acres located next door for hacking on or you may ride along the over 18 miles of quiet streets located the the horse subdivision of Meadow Wood Farms
There is also a 100x200 grass Arena located next door to enable the owner to get in a nice arena workout ride to keep their horse engaged and learning
Large lush pastures for grazing in a small group turnout with shelters
We practice a Forage first diet for our horses with emphasis on plenty of hay and specialized concentrates including alfalfa pellets, beet pulp, fat supplements and vitamins/minerals to balance out each horse's specific needs. We are more than happy to discuss our feeding program with you, or you may provide your own grain.
Unlimited Coastal hay is included in the winter
Owner provided supplements fed at no charge
Free winter blanketing (below 32 degrees) and applying fly masks and owner provided fly spray
Farrier appointments scheduled every 7-8 weeks
Holding for farrier and vet available for a fee
Free trailer parking

Pastures and More

Here at Always A Breeze, we specialize in retirement living for your horse. A retired or semi retired horse has much different needs than a horse in peak working/training years. As any veterinarian will tell you, for the longevity, comfort and optimum health, especially for your senior horse, they should be out grazing in large pastures as much as possible. This way of life will greatly improve not only their overall health including feet, teeth, body condition and joints but also their mind. This is why we only offer pasture board, to give your horse the best life possible at this stage of their life. With beautifully maintained and fertilized pastures which allows your horse to live as he should, grazing all day, not just a couple of hours. We offer your horse the life they have been always dreaming of at a budget friendly price for the owner.

For the harmony of our mostly semi retired horses, we do not accept stallions, horses younger than 5 yrs old or aggressive horses or horses that need private turnout. We prefer retired or semi retired horses.
